Audio & Visual Supervisor

The AV supervisor’s role is to support and maintain in-house audio-visual equipment and non-print media assets. This includes operating, maintaining, distributing, installing, configuring, repairing, and upgrading various electronic products while ensuring their optimal performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training and assistance where required.

Responsibilities

• Support Banquet AV technician to check & repair equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards for events and functions such as concerts, sports events, meetings and conventions, presentations, and news conferences.

Hỗ trợ nhân viên kỹ thuật sự kiện để kiểm tra và sửa chữa các thiết bị liên quan đến micro, loa, máy chiếu, màn hình, các thiết bị thu âm, dây cáp,… cho các buổi họp, hội nghị, thuyết trình, sự kiên, hội thảo.

• Set up and operate sound equipment.

Vận hành các thiết bị âm thanh.

• Set up and operate spotlights.

Cài đặt thiết bị chiếu sáng.

• Monitor sound feeds to ensure quality.

Đảm bảo màn hình âm thanh vận hành tốt.

• Ensure equipment is installed according to designated layout.

Đảm bảo thiết bị được cài theo bản vẽ.

• Test and resolve equipment issues.

Kiểm tra và giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh.

• Send in equipment for repairs as needed.

Gửi thiết bị đi sửa chữa khi cần thiết.

• Clean audio and video equipment and store properly.

Vệ sinh và bảo quản các thiết bị hợp lý.

• Maintain inventory of equipment.

Duy trì các vật tư trong kho AV.

• AV supervisor leads a team of audio-visual technicians who install, configure, operate & troubleshooting audio-visual equipment

Giám sát AV chịu trách nhiệm quản lý nhóm AV về cài đặt, cấu hình, điều hành và xử lý những sự cố liên quan tới thiết bị AV.

• Performs producting editing, routine maintenance.

Thực thi bảo trì hệ thống định kỳ.

• Manage staff on a day-to-day basis to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery.

Quản lý nhân viên hàng ngày để đạt được hiệu suất cao và vận hành hiệu quả.

• Liaise with contracted AV maintenance providers to ensure any damages, repairs and replacement equipment requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently and will maintain relevant management/performance reports on servicing.

Làm việc với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ để xử lý & bảo trì các thiết bị nghe nhìn hiệu quả và nhanh chóng.

Qualifications

• Experience in audio visual commercial or IT industry experience

Có kinh nghiệm về nền công nghiệp nghe nhìn hoặc IT.

• Must have recent hands on experience testing and troubleshooting projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers & LCD/Plasma Displays

Hiểu biết các máy móc thiết bị liên quan như máy chiếu, loa, micro,…

• Experience using audio mixer software to diagnose and fix any room sound issues

Hiểu về phần mềm trộn âm thanh và sửa chữa những vấn đề liên quan.

• Must have experience with basic computer (laptops and desktops) and mobile device support including basic IP and ISDN Knowledge.

Hiểu biết cơ bản về máy tính và các thiết bị di động hỗ trợ.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
