Supervise daily operations of the Levy ticket counters./ Giám sát hoạt động hàng ngày của các quầy bán vé Levy.

Report discrepancies or violations to the Levy Shift Manager./ Báo cáo các sai lệch hoặc vi phạm cho Quản lý ca Levy.
Assist in training new staff and maintaining high service standards./ Hỗ trợ đào tạo nhân viên mới và duy trì tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ cao.
Complete required logs and documentation accurately./ Hoàn thành các biểu mẫu và tài liệu cần thiết một cách chính xác.
Support other duties as assigned by management./ Hỗ trợ các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
Job Requirement
At least 3 years of experience in cashiering, ticketing, or guest service in a gaming or hospitality environment./ Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thu ngân, bán vé hoặc dịch vụ khách hàng trong môi trường trò chơi có thưởng hoặc khách sạn.
College degree or equivalent./ Trình độ cao đẳng hoặc tương đương.
Proficient in Vietnamese and English (reading, writing, speaking)./ Thành thạo tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh (đọc, viết, nói).
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office./ Kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính tốt và thành thạo Microsoft Office.
Excellent leadership and communication skills./ Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và giao tiếp tốt.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks./ Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và xử lý nhiều nhiệm vụ cùng lúc.
Flexible with work shifts and schedules./ Linh hoạt với lịch làm việc và ca làm việc.
Professional appearance and attitude./ Diện mạo và thái độ chuyên nghiệp.
