Accurately process payments and issue tickets using Levy systems./ Xử lý thanh toán chính xác và xuất vé bằng hệ thống Levy.
Maintain and reconcile cash drawer and tickets sold./ Quản lý và đối chiếu ngăn kéo tiền mặt và số lượng vé đã bán.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Vietnam gaming laws./ Đảm bảo tuân thủ chính sách công ty và luật trò chơi có thưởng tại Việt Nam.
Provide courteous and professional service to all guests./ Cung cấp dịch vụ lịch sự và chuyên nghiệp cho tất cả khách hàng.
Report any discrepancies or suspicious activities to supervisors./ Báo cáo bất kỳ sai lệch hoặc hoạt động đáng ngờ nào cho cấp trên.
Assist with guest inquiries regarding entry levy policies and procedures./ Hỗ trợ khách hàng về chính sách và thủ tục vé vào cửa.
Support team members and supervisors with assigned tasks./ Hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp và cấp trên với các nhiệm vụ được giao.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned./ Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác theo sự phân công.
Job Requirement
Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering, customer service, or hospitality./ Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 01 năm làm thu ngân, dịch vụ khách hàng hoặc ngành khách sạn.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred./ Tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông hoặc tương đương; ưu tiên có bằng cao đẳng hoặc đại học.
Proficient in Vietnamese; basic English communication skills preferred./ Thành thạo tiếng Việt; ưu tiên có kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.
Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications./ Thành thạo hệ thống POS và các ứng dụng Microsoft Office.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills./ Diện mạo chuyên nghiệp và kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest inquiries with courtesy./ Có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường nhanh và xử lý yêu cầu của khách một cách lịch sự.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required./ Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca, cuối tuần và ngày lễ theo yêu cầu.
