Position Summary
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Assistant Retail Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all retail outlets and rental retail areas at The Grand Ho Tram.

Responsibilities
- Organizes and distributes staff schedules based on operational requirements.
- Sắp xếp và phân bổ lịch làm việc của nhân viên dựa trên yêu cầu vận hành.
- Provides coaching, training, guidance, and disciplinary support to retail team members when required.
- Thực hiện hướng dẫn, đào tạo, hỗ trợ và xử lý kỷ luật đối với các thành viên trong đội ngũ bán lẻ khi cần thiết.
- Monitors inventory levels and ensures products are adequately stocked at all times.
- Theo dõi mức tồn kho và đảm bảo sản phẩm luôn được bổ sung đầy đủ.
- Ensures retail quality standards, guest service standards, and store cleanliness are maintained consistently.

- Handles guest enquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally and efficiently.

- Supports and drives retail sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.

- Monitors inventory usage and coordinates reordering of supplies and merchandise when stock levels are low or product expiry dates are approaching.

- Monitors daily retail activities and shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Sets a positive example by consistently demonstrating professionalism, proper etiquette, and grooming standards.

- Supports team members in all aspects of retail operations when required.
