Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following TGHTS’s Standards of Performance.

Greet guest by name whenever possible.

• Deliver guest request items, additional linen, baby crib and roll away to guest rooms as required.

• Comply with “special requests” at all times.

• Check guest floors for any debris, trash or glasses ware, etc. Check all walls and baseboards for scuff marks. Check for any burned out bulbs. Report any engineering issues.

• Clean guest corridor console, mirrors, dust all lamps and signs. Clean all elevator tracks.

• Vacuum all floors daily, start with the top floor and work down.

• Collect garbage and recycling items on all floors.

• Sweep and mop back of the house hallways and stairs.

• Deliver linen and amenities to the housekeeping pantries.

• Shampoo the carpet and polish different surfaces on request

• Comply with TGHTS Hospitality grooming standards.

• Refer any guest complaints to the supervisor.

• Perform any other assigned tasks.

• Perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department as per needs of the department.

• Ensure that the work area and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

High school education is required.

• Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally and basic English language skills.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.

• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.

• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and stressful environment.
