Job Description

Ensures manpower and staffing ratios are accurate per shift, must maintain a consistent high level of product quality and productivity./ Đảm bảo được nhân lực và tỷ lệ nhân viên được chia đúng theo mỗi ca làm, giữ được sự nhất quán trong chất lượng món ăn và quá trình chế biến.
Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order./ Quan sát và để tâm đến cơ sở vật chất và thiết bị trong khu vực mình chịu trách nhiệm để đảm bảo việc thi công được hoàn thành.
Ensures that orders are produced in accordance with cycle times./ Đảm bảo được các món ăn khách yêu cầu được chế biến đúng hướng dẫn và đúng thời gian.
Ensures that the kitchen is clean, well stocked and problem-free./ Đảm bảo khu vực bếp sạch sẽ, hàng hóa được trữ trong tình trạng tốt.
Administers all aspects of food preparation, sanitation and employee routines./ Quản lý việc trình bày món ăn, vệ sinh thực phẩm và công việc hàng ngày của nhân viên.
Maintains food orders and work orders. / Theo dõi việc nhận các yêu cầu món ăn và các việc sửa chữa.
Support and emulate the work culture, policies, procedures, and standardization set for by the Outlet Chef or Banquet Chef./ Hỗ trợ và thúc đẩy văn hóa cạnh tranh, đi theo chính sách, quy trình và những tiêu chuẩn hóa mà Bếp Trưởng Nhà Hàng đề ra.
Must have good knowledge of food preparation methods and techniques./ Có kiến thức tốt về cách làm và kỹ thuật trình bày món ăn.
Must be able to work long hours and varying shifts./ Có thể làm việc trong nhiều giờ và đi nhiều ca làm khác nhau.
Communicates with peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient utilization of manpower and facilities./ Giao tiếp với những người cùng cấp để mang đến sự hài lòng cho khách hàng, sử dụng hiệu quả nguồn nhân lực và cơ sở vật chất.

Job Requirement

Six - eight years working experience required./ 6 – 8 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc
Two year management experience required./ 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý
One year department experience preferred./ ưu tiên 1 năm kinh nghiệm tại bộ phận
Basic certification or diploma in culinary is required./ có chứng chỉ hoặc bằng cấp chuyên ngành bếp.
Microsoft Office knowledge required./ có kiến thức sử dụng phần mềm Microsoft Office
Must present a well-groomed appearance./ diện mạo chỉnh tề
Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.Fluent in English or other is encouraged./ có khả năng giao tiếp thành tạo ngôn ngữ địa phương tại nơi làm việc. Khuyến khích có thể sử dụng tiếng Anh hoặc các ngôn ngữ khác.
Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written./ kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng văn bản viết và nói tốt.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail./ có khả năng làm việc giám sát trong 1 môi trường tốc độ, bận rộn và căng thẳng, cũng như dưới áp lực công việc lớn nhưng vẫn hoàn thành đúng thời hạn với sự hoàn chỉnh đến từng chi tiết.
