Job Description

  • Support the Sales Team in daily administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Hỗ trợ bộ phận Sales trong các công việc hành chính hàng ngày.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị báo giá, đề xuất và hợp đồng.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on client requests.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý yêu cầu của khách.
  • Assist in organizing site inspections, meetings, and events.
  • Hỗ trợ tổ chức site inspection, họp và sự kiện.
  • Update and maintain client databases and records.
  • Cập nhật và quản lý dữ liệu khách hàng.
  • Support in handling inquiries and providing basic information to clients.
  • Hỗ trợ phản hồi các yêu cầu và cung cấp thông tin cơ bản cho khách.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Đảm bảo hoàn thành công việc đúng thời hạn và chuyên nghiệp.
  • Greet scheduled visitors and direct them to appropriate area or person.

  • Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.
  • Giám sát cơ sở vật chất và thiết bị trong khu vực chịu trách nhiệm để đảm bảo chúng ở trạng thái hoạt động hoàn chỉnh
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp ngành Quản trị khách sạn/du lịch, Quản trị kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Sử dụng tốt tin học văn phòng cơ bản.
  • Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ngoại hình gọn gàng, thái độ tích cực.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc với người khác tốt.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tinh thần học hỏi và khả năng làm việc trong môi trường năng động.
