Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
Report to work on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time.
Pick-up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions. Sign in/out on the payroll sheet or swipe id card in/out and floor keys. Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and standards.
Check for any discrepancies on the Room Attendant’s Report.
Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.
Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
Report any items found in check-out rooms to Security and Housekeeping.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Call supervisor if work assignment is finished early for direction.
Job Requirement
One year working experience is preferred.
Basic Education completed is preferred.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both. verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
