Ensure well being and safety of the guests and making sure no harm comes to them.
Conduct a daily walk-through and inspection of the pool area proactively making certain the facility, services and equipment are tidy and in safe working order.
Must practice methods which comply with sanitation and health guidelines established by local regulations and the Property’s Policies and Procedures.
Informed and enforce all pool rules in a professional manner.
Treat all guest and fellow employees with genuine respect and care.
Trained in and can administer first aid and minor medical support in the case of an accident or emergency.
Communicates with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
One year working experience is preferred.
Vocational School Certificate is preferred.
Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.Fluent in English is encouraged.
Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
Strong swimmer that is trained and certified in water rescue.
Safety minded, reliable, mature in decision-making and courteous.
