Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for maintenance, repair, and installation of CCTV system and associated equipment per the direction of the section management and to CCTV Baseline standards. Equipment defined as camera / monitors / alarms / CCTV switcher / digital encoders / servers and DVR’s and other associated systems. Perform all duties in accordance with The Grand Ho Tram Strip’s policies and within the realm of The Grand Ho Tram Strip’s Mission Statement. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of The Grand Ho Tram Strip property.

Responsibilities

Ensure the effective maintenance, functionality, and integrity of all CCTV network infrastructures across all Grand Ho Tram properties.
Engineering, implementing and monitoring security measures to protect surveillance systems, networks, applications, and information.
Assists with development of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices supporting information security and compliance initiatives.
Monitors, reviews, and analyzes log and alert data from company systems, network, and security devices for potential security and compliance events.
Identifying and defining system security requirements.
Designing computer security architecture and developing detailed cyber security designs.
Preparing and documenting standard operating procedures and protocols.
Configuring and troubleshooting security network infrastructure devices.
Developing technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
Ensuring that the company knows as quickly as possible about security incidents.
Writing comprehensive reports, including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
Working with and providing reports for compliance audits.
Must be available to respond to 24/7 emergency calls to perform or facilitate emergency repairs anywhere surveillance equipment is utilized.
Perform other associated duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

4-5 years of CCTV technical experience. Experience with using workshop repair/testing / diagnostic equipment. With recognized Network Certifications.
College degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and IT Computer Hardware or Software.
Must know Dallmeier systems and gaming equipment interfacing and/ or integration.
Good level of English speaking, reading, and writing.
Knowledge of the application of test meters, soldering iron, hand tools, 2-way radios, QA, project supervision. Knowledge of software such as MS operating systems, SQL Server, MS server, AutoCAD, and advanced n1casetworking.
Maintain a good workspace employee relation in the way of respect and harmony.
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
