Job Description

  • Monitor compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations in accordance with Vietnamese laws and company internal standards.
  • Giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy định về An toàn lao động – Vệ sinh lao động – Sức khỏe nghề nghiệp theo pháp luật hiện hành và tiêu chuẩn nội bộ của công ty.
  • Conduct risk assessments, regular and ad-hoc inspections of working conditions, machinery, equipment and tools in all work areas.
  • Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro an toàn, kiểm tra định kỳ và đột xuất điều kiện làm việc, máy móc, thiết bị và công cụ lao động tại các khu vực làm việc.
  • Supervise safety compliance of employees, contractors and subcontractors, including safety induction and on-site monitoring during work activities
  • Giám sát việc tuân thủ quy trình an toàn của nhân viên, nhà thầu và nhà thầu phụ, bao gồm kiểm tra an toàn đầu vào và trong suốt quá trình làm việc.
  • Maintain and monitor the list of equipment subject to strict safety requirements, ensuring proper inspection, certification and documentation.
  • Theo dõi và quản lý danh mục thiết bị có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao động, đảm bảo kiểm định và hồ sơ đầy đủ theo quy định.
  • Organize safety induction safety training for employees.
  • Tổ chức huấn luyện an toàn lao động đầu vào cho nhân viên.
  • Prepare and submit periodic safety reports to Management.
  • Tổng hợp và báo cáo định kỳ về công tác an toàn lao động cho cấp quản lý.
  • Update and monitor relevant legal requirements related to Occupational Safety and Environmental Hygiene.
  • Cập nhật và theo dõi các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến An toàn lao động và vệ sinh môi trường.
  • Implement safety communication programs such as posters, warning signs, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Triển khai các hoạt động truyền thông an toàn như: poster, bảng cảnh báo, toolbox talk, safety briefing.
  • Manage daily operations of the on-site clinic / first aid room: Monitor and manage medical equipment, supplies/medicines and clinic personnel
  • Quản lý hoạt động của Phòng Y tế nội bộ: Theo dõi và quản lý trang thiết bị y tế, vật tư/thuốc và nhân sự Phòng Y tế.
  • Assuming other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Environment, Construction or Electrical Engineering.
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành An toàn/Bảo hộ lao động hoặc các ngành liên quan như Môi trường, Xây dựng, Điện.
  • Minimum 01 years of experience in an HSE or Occupational Safety role or equivalent.
  • Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí An toàn lao động/HSE hoặc tương đương.
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese Occupational Safety and Hygiene regulations.
  • Nắm vững các quy định pháp luật về An toàn lao động – Vệ sinh lao động.
  • Possession of mandatory Occupational Safety certificates as required by law.
  • Có chứng chỉ An toàn lao động theo quy định pháp luật.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the local language and English both verbally and nonverbally.  
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp lưu loát bằng ngôn ngữ địa phương và tiếng Anh cả bằng lời nói và phi ngôn ngữ.
  • Skills in risk assessment, site inspection, reporting and safety training.
  • Có kỹ năng đánh giá rủi ro, kiểm tra hiện trường, lập báo cáo và đào tạo an toàn.
  • Ability to deliver training, conduct presentations and prepare training materials.
  • Có kỹ năng đào tạo, thuyết trình và biên soạn tài liệu đào tạo.
  • Careful, responsible and proactive working attitude.
  • Cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao và chủ động trong công việc.
  • Microsoft knowledge is required.
  • Cần có kiến ​​thức về Microsoft.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp nhóm.
  • Must have the ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Phải có khả năng ứng phó để xử lý các tình huống khó khăn hoặc căng thẳng bằng sự khéo léo và ngoại giao.
