Job Description

  • Create and copy luxurious floral arrangements according to the set themes.
  • Consult with customers to determine their vision and craft original pieces.
  • Find, gather and pull materials to create and embellish product designs.
  • Maintain proper storage, stacking of flowers and ensuring they keep their life and do not wilt.
  • Attentitive to details, quality and originality in all arrangements created.
  • Keep knowledgeable regarding industry trends related to currently popular themes, colors, patters, and textures.
  • Create and maintain a refined yet welcoming guest floral experience, efficient and accurate cashiering functions and exceeds guests expressed and unexpressed needs. 
  • Communicates in a clear and timely manner with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

  • One year working experience is preferred.
  • Basic Education completed is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.  Fluent in English is encouraged.
  • Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
  • Contemporary knowledge of flowers and plants is preferred.
  • Creativity in making arrangements is preferred.
