• Assists with the strategic direction for the departments of responsibility and proactively conveys guidelines for staff that shapes the unparalleled standards expected.

• Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.

Bao quát cơ sở hạ tầng và trang thiết bị trong khu vực chịu trách nhiệm và đảm bảo hoạt động phù hợp.

• Manages daily maintenance and repairs on all building mechanical systems, equipment and tools, public areas, guest rooms and central plant.

           Bảo trì, sửa chữa hàng ngày các hệ thống, thiết bị liên quan đến tòa nhà.

• Manages all outside grounds to include cleaning and maintenance. Ensures consistent, high quality maintenance standards are maintained for the entire property.

Đảm bảo các thiết bị, máy móc phải được lau chùi và bảo dưỡng thường xuyên theo đúng tiêu chuẩn kĩ thuật.

• Oversees all emergency situations, i.e. power outages, alarms, etc. 

Có khả năng bao quát các tình huống khẩn cấp chẳng hạn sử dụng năng lượng vượt ngưỡng, báo động,…

• Responsible for maintenance and repairs to include heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing.

Chịu trách nhiệm bảo trì sửa chữa bao gồm các lĩnh vực: điện, lạnh, nước, cơ khí,…

• Assists with writing capital for major repairs and equipment purchases

Hỗ trợ và lên kế hoạch ngân sách cho các việc mua thiết bị để sửa chữa.

• Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.

Đảm bảo các hoạt động phù hợp trong khuôn khổ quy định của bộ phận và các tiêu chuẩn, an toàn và bảo mật của công ty.

• Communicates with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient utilization of manpower and facilities. 

            Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt trong công việc với các bộ phận khác để cập nhật kịp thời về các phản hồi, tăng tính làm việc hiệu quả cho bộ phận

• 2 years working experience required.

           Yêu cầu 2 năm kinh nghiệm.

• College Education completed is required.

           Tối thiểu tốt nghiệp cao đẳng.

• Microsoft Office knowledge required.

           Có kiến thức về Microsoft Office.

• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

           Ngoại hình ưa nhìn, tác phong gọn gàng

• Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.  Fluent in English is encourage/required (depending on guest contact level).

Có khả năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết tiếng Anh thông thạo.

• Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written.

• Experience in building management system and general understanding in many fields of Engineering.

Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm bảo trì tòa nhà.

• Must be able to handle stressful situations and be willing to work any shift and long hours when necessary.

• Experience in hiring, training and empowering employees who are also held responsible and given consistent feedback.
