Mô Tả Công Việc
- Carry out mainly tasks assigned by line manager.
- Handling telephone calls/messages in a timely and professional manner and respond to inquiries from guests via telephone or email, or chat apps.
- Make booking for guests with room, sport activities as golf tournament/ casino…, dinning, transport, banquets…
- Manage guests’ information and profile.
- Accessing to get guests’ information and profile on Patron and Opera software.
- Organize and coordinate tasks for meetings, conferences, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings, travel arrangements.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Write emails, memos and letters.
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents, maintain schedules and calendars.
- Support to organize internal and external events.
- Welcome guests and initially deal with complains and concerns.
- Offer guests aftersales service and follow up.
- Prepare office equipment, manage office supplies.
- Possible to travel for work in Hotram, Ba Ria Vung Tau when needed.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- BA in Language or Business Industry.
- Fluent English, Korean is a plus.
- Computer skills - advanced level.
- 5 years’ experience in relate job.
- Team player.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Adaptable/flexible.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure.
