Job Description

  • Must understand current labor law, company policy and contract terms
  • Execute daily operations of Workforce Planning
  • Develop a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation within the department, and other departments
  • Create rotations and generate rosters based on business requirement
  • Assist departments to manage leave liability effectively
  • Must develop high proficiency in word, excel and Microsoft outlook
  • Responsible for the update and audit of time attendance
  • Analyze data and generate reports for payroll process
  • Provide accurate advice on labor resources management
  • Accountability for schedules based on business requirements
  • Eliminate manual processes and contribute to best practice initiative
  • Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to The Grand Ho Tram Strip and encourage others to do the same.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

  • College degree or above is preferred.
  • Minimum two years of solid experience in administration/operation.
  • Must be able to speak, and write English. 
  • Vietnamese language is highly regarded.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word is highly regarded.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to work with co-workers and contribute to team achievements.
  • Commitment to strict deadlines and may be required to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent, analytical and meticulous.

Can multitask or work autonomously to meet strict deadlines.
