Job Description
-
Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
-
Prepare and pour all types of drinks for guests and cocktail servers.
-
Process all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately and present customer with bar receipt.

Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies to include but not limited to health and safety.

Must be able to stand and move around the bar for the entire shift.

Must have the ability to work fast and multi-task.
-
In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, beers and liquors.
-
Must be able to communicate effective over the phone and in-person with lots of background noise.

Effective problem solving skills to include the ability to collaborate with others.
-
Become familiar with hotel services in order to answer questions and provide guest assistances.
Job Requirement
-
Vocational School Certificate is required and Higher Education is preferred.

Two-year previous bartending experience required.

Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations.
-
Must be able to pass a math test.
-
Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.

Ability to learn the menu, point of sale system and day-to-day procedures.

Outgoing and gregarious personality is ideal.
-
Must be able to work any shift any day.

Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the beverage field.

Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Must be familiar with the bar and mixology.

Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.Bi-lingual is encouraged.
