Job Description

  • Inspect the rooms and ensure that all room amenities are placed inside the rooms prior to the guest’s arrival. 

  • Coordinate and follow up with Housekeeping and or Room Service the delivery of special amenities. 

  • Welcome and assist guest to their rooms upon arrival. 

  • Hand over messages/items for the guests upon their arrival. 

  • Attend to the different requests and services required by the guests. 

  • Accomplish requisition for the complimentary amenities such as birthday cakes, wines, farewell gifts for Long Staying Guests, and other special amenities. 

  • Prepare apology cards and correspond amenity for the inconveniences to the guests at the instruction of the VIP Manager and Front Office Manager. 

  • Prepare the early arrivals of VIP guests including room blockings, room inspection, preparation of registration cards and other paraphernalia. Does welcome booklets. 

  • Follow up monthly payment of ITO and pending paymaster 

  • Service quality and standards are within the Front Office Department. 

  • Increase customer retention and satisfaction. 

  • Employee motivation and satisfaction. 

  • Willingness to go extra miles in giving services to the guest. 

  • Communicate well with International Marketing, Casino Services, Housekeeping and other operation departments 

  • Report all accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter how minor, to the supervisor or Heads of Department 

Job Requirement

  • One year working experience is preferred.

  • Vocational School Certificate is required.

  • Microsoft Office knowledge is required.

  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese are required

  • Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
