Job Description

  • Present a leadership role that is faithful to the core principle of The Grand Ho Tram.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory, departmental and company policies as well as Vietnam Gaming Laws.
  • Ensure effective communication of customer interactions or feedback within the department.
  • Ensure highest quality of customer service is consistently and professionally maintained throughout gaming floor.
  • Ensures all guest disputes and complaints are handled and resolved professionally, accurately and efficiently.
  • Manages preparation and oversee special projects.
  • Communicates departmental training needs and requirements to Vice President of Marketing.
  • Supervises daily operations in Grand Player’s Club Department
  • Utilize staff on each shift to meet the demands of business
  • This includes deployment of staff to each post and reassigning posts as business requires
  • Ensures maximum level of guest service and satisfaction in the Player’s Club
  • Ensure Player’s Club Associates maintain company service level and grooming standards
  • Attend regularly scheduled briefings to receive departmental information and communicate this information to Associates on their assigned shift
  • Resolve problems that relate to Casino Player’s Club
  • Maintains a log book to communicate relevant information to Player Development Manager
  • Inspects quantities of Player’s Club supplies and printed materials and informs Manager when re-orders must be made
  • Assist with training of Associates
  • Makes account adjustments and issues discretionary comps based on good judgment and following company policy
  • Provides the rules & regulations of the upcoming promotions to all Player Club Representatives
  • Maintain the most updated promotional rules and log sheets at the Player’s Club
  • Provides Manager with customer feedback relating to promotions
  • Ensures that all operational information is transferred to the next Players Club Shift Manager to ensure a seamless transition for guests.
  • Resolves employee and department concerns on outstanding issues.
  • Develops techniques for reinforcing guest relations.
  • Delivers ongoing customer service training to Player's Club staff.
  • Greets groups brought in by bussing or marketing as they arrive at the casino and helps them through the Player's Club environment.
  • Monitors casino event and promotions
  • Creates an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests
  • Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees, by setting positive examples at all times
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of one year experience in shift management or above in marketing or casino operation, or two years experience supervising an effective team within a gaming environment or managing a team in a non gaming environment.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests whilst looking for service opportunities. 
  • Must present a well groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to lead and get along with co-workers as a team.  Be able to influence and inspire through optimistic communication.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Individual must be out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company.
  • Must demonstrate leadership skills
