Job Description
-
Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who attend catering functions.
-
Handles and solves any concerns and questions for customers.
-
Sets tables with proper plates, cups, glasses and utensils before the catering function.
-
Prepares and serves drinks to guests. Delivers food from preparation area to customers.
-
Removes all table settings from tables after customers have finished their meals.
-
At the end of the function, clear all tables dishes, linens, utensils, etc… return all equipment to their proper area.

Maintain food sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.
-
Keeps supervision informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results including guest complaints.

Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Job Requirement

Vocational School Certificate is required.

Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.

Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.

Must have the ability to work any day any shift.
-
Knowledge of wines, beers and liquors is helpful.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.

Must have the ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
