Providing daily report to evaluate the company’s on-going performance.

Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.
Evaluating whether the company’s current assets and investments are the best use of the company’s excess working capital.
Assist operating managers in evaluating the financial implications of business decisions.
Maintain current knowledge of financial systems.
Identify and report key trends.
Keep management informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job (able to work in Ho Tram) and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree is required, preferably in Finance or IT fields.
Two - three years experiences in financial analysis or database management/querying.
Advanced working knowledge of SQL DB structures & queries as well as Microsoft Excel, Access and Visual Basic and other updated software required for FP&A.
Ability to query data from multiple sources, write routine reports and provide analysis.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedures manual and financial documents.
Ability to act on and understand a sense of urgency.
Required team work to provide support and jumping in wherever needed.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Well organized, detail oriented, multitasking problem solver who is eager to learn and excel.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced and stressful environment, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Knowledge of Gaming, hotel and golf operation is an advantage but not required.
