Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the online commercial strategy for the hotel complex.
  • Manage relationships with online travel websites, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and promotions.
  • Oversee the performance of the hotel website, ensuring it is user-friendly, search engine optimized, and designed to convert visitors into bookings.
  • Coordinate online advertising, paid search campaigns, display ads, and remarketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, online booking trends, and return on investment.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and availability across all online channels in coordination with the revenue team.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing agencies to maintain high-quality visual and written content.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and technologies in hospitality to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor daily and weekly booking trends, cancellations, and room occupancy.
  • Prepare reports that track performance compared to budget and forecast.
  • Analyze historical data and competitor information to recommend pricing strategies.
  • Maintain rate integrity and accuracy across all reservation systems and online platforms.
  • Assist with demand forecasting and provide input for business planning.
  • Support the preparation of business review presentations and strategy meetings.
  • Review public promotions and packages to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  • Work with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align business goals.

 

 

Job Requirement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce, revenue, data analysis, preferably in the hotel or travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems, website management, and digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret online performance data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to work with large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong project management skills.
