Job Description

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Concierge Agent for The Grand Ho Tram property is to respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and desires and then add personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of The Grand Ho Tram Strip property.

Responsibilities

  • Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with other departments regarding VIPs, special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.
  • Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. 
  • Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram .
  • Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.
  • Make reservations for guests and create and communicate their itineraries.
  • Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.

Job Requirement

  • One year working experience is preferred.
  • Basic Education completed is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. 
  • Fluent in English is encouraged.
  • Require 1m60 above for Female and 1m70 above for Male
  • Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
  • Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
  • Solid knowledge of the area and local attractions, events, restaurants and tourist activities preferred.
