Job Description
- Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with other departments regarding VIPs, special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.
- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram Strip.
- Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.
- Make reservations for guests and create and communicate their itineraries.
- Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.
Job Requirement
- One year working experience is preferred.
- Basic Education completed is preferred.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
- Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
- Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
- Solid knowledge of the area and local attractions, events, restaurants and tourist activities preferred.
