Ensuring understand the Standard operation procedure of caddy position.
To offer advice to golfers on the course layout or conditions as they play on the course.
Ensuring know about golf rules and etiquette on the golf course.
Ensures the golfers golf bag and equipment are kept clean during the round.
Checks the number of clubs at the start and end of a game to ensure none are lost.
Ensures that the golfers follow the club rules relating to play on the course.
Proactively encourages golfers to follow the rules of golf and etiquette on the course.
Always prepare instruments and costumes ready for work.
Caddie to comply with and abide by all rules and regulations in Service Manual hand book, will be disciplined severely.
Caddie respect to colleagues and other colleagues respect her. Caddie never sanction another caddy including oral or action. Must report the misconduct of another caddy with Caddie Master in work time.
Golf Caddie be preserved and the area around the golf course as his property.
An individual or a group Caddie caddies never speak ill of the management company or the members or any other person. Caddie does not speak on the media on issues related to the company without the written permission of the Executive Director. Avoid giving the company management or the bad reputation.
Always capture the information about hotels, restaurants, tournaments, golf course maintenance schedule… v…to provide our customers in a timely manner.
Ensure all working areas are kept in a clean and tidy manner.
Will require lifting of multiple golf bags on a daily basis.
Keep yourself clean and tidy.
To comply with all standards of performance, behavior, and operational policies and procedures in place at the golf club at all times
The company expects all caddies to work with a good attitude, is not affected by the entangled lives.
Participates in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broadens the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community.
Performs other relevant duties as directed by the General Manager.
