Job Description

  • Supervise and lead engineers and technicians and quality control.
  • Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee the research and development of new products and procedures.
  • Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Write performance reviews and solve internal issues.
  • Creating plans that will help the organization meet the goals required.
  • Presenting and explaining budget.
  • Develop cost estimates.
  • Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in company.
  • Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, enforcing rules.
  • Coordinate activities of unit with other units or organizations.
  • Confer with higher levels of management.

Job Requirement

  • Two years of working experience required.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.  Fluent in English is encourage/required.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Have qualified organizational skills to manage several tasks at once.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills.   
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality.
