This position is a leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive company growth and brand awareness, overseeing marketing budgets, managing teams, and analyzing campaign performance across various channels. Key duties include conducting market research, collaborating with other departments, leading and mentoring the marketing team, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision for The Grand Ho Tram.
- Develop marketing strategies/plans for projects/products.
- Conduct market/ customer research, and evaluate projects/ products.
- Formulate marketing/ communication strategies for projects/ products.
- Plan marketing for projects/products (objectives, budget, detailed plans for events/ communication/ CSR, etc.).
- Develop regulations, processes, guidelines, and forms to support marketing and communication activities.
- Build the project/ product brand.
- Manage Marketing/Communication Activities.
- Organize marketing/communication activities with the public/target customers.
- Coordinate internal marketing/communication activities (employees, distributors/agents).
- Evaluate Marketing/Communication Results.
- Summarize and analyze marketing/ communication effective.
- Evaluate customer experience.
- Engage in improvement/ adjustment of marketing plans and implementation.
- Management and Operation of the Marketing Department
- Ensure that all marketing activities of the department are implemented effectively and achieve business goals.
- Manage the marketing team, assign tasks, and ensure cooperation and individual development within the department.
- Perform other jobs related to same functions and duties or assume other responsibilities and functions as assigned by Head of Property Sales & Marketing.
