Mô Tả Công Việc
Position Summary
Mainly responsible for Laundry/Valet Department for The Grand Ho Tram, to provide the overall operation of the Laundry/Valet Department.
Responsibilities
-
Control departmental costs, including labor, chemical, cleaning, and other expenses.

Supervise monthly/quarterly/yearly departmental inventory.

Conduct daily pre-shift briefings.
-
Attend trainings and make sure staff are attending training classes conduct by Training/Human Resources department.

Conduct monthly staff meeting.
-
Conduct staff yearly performance appraisal/review.
-
Ensure all employees maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and always follow company’s grooming standard.

Ensure all employees are always following health & safety protocol in laundry area.

Ensure monthly laundry revenue is achieved.

General
-
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ensure the Laundry area is clean and tidy at the end of shift
-
Coordinate all repairs, daily/weekly/monthly maintenance schedule, follow up any pending work orders.

Complete any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Report any staff incident reports.

Qualifications
-
Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with a least 2 years as Laundry Manager.

Vocational School Certificate or equivalent.
-
Good communication and problem -solving skills.
-
Must have computer skills and MS Office Applications.

Must have good English knowledge skills (both reading & writing).
-
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with vendors, peers, and other departments.
-
Must maintain a professional manner, neat and well-groomed appearance.
-
Must have good understanding of clothes material, laundry chemicals, laundry machines and hotel laundry system/flow.

Must have good organization skills.
