§ Provides excellent guest service in handling high call volume while being proficient in the computerized system.
§ Accurately take messages for internal and external guests when needed and ensure they get communicated accurately to the right party.
§ Receive and administer wake up calls in a warm and timely manner.
§ Maintain education on all property facilities, events, staff updates, and hours of operation and be prepared to answer questions regarding these matters.
§ Be well versed on city attractions and able to give directions.
§ Be fluent with a detailed level of knowledge about The Grand Ho Tram Strip property product and services and act as an ambassador to the hotel when presenting these to potential and return guests.
§ Accurate, professional, , friendly and courteous on all guest calls.
§ Educated and trained on emergency procedures executing them calmly and efficiently.
§ Handle customer complaints with diplomatic and patient professionalism ensuring their satisfaction and escalating their concerns when you cannot resolve the issue directly.
§ Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations.
§ One year working experience is preferred.
§ Vocational School Certificate is preferred.
§ Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
§ Must present a well-groomed appearance.
§ Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
§ Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written.
§ Organized, can multi-task, good problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
