Work with Manager of Korean Sales & Marketing to implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies and corporate driven operating procedures.
Responsible for performing the daily functions of the Korean Sales & Marketing Department.
Responsible for transportation arrangements, room bookings, restaurant reservation as well as other amenities of the hotel for customers.
Greet and meet customers.
Liaison with VIP Services Team to facilitate and ensure a remarkable visit for The Grand VIP customers.
Explain and assist with customers programs and settlement of accounts in an efficient manner.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to the regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Always present oneself as a credit to The Grand Ho Tram and assists others to do the same.
Provide input into the research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, technology, and processes to ensure The Grand Ho Tram’s competitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality and gaming environment.
Maintain excellent working relationships with other department supervisor, creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction; compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.
Converts prospects to new clients and maintains relationships with these clients in order to generate repeat business and referrals.
Performs other job-related duties.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor degree is required and Higher Education is preferred.
Two-three years working experience required related to hotel, golf and casino. Preferably experience in pre-opening an integrated resort with sized casino (at least 500 tables or 1,000 slot machines).
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in Korean and English.
Excellent guest service skills. Ability to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
Ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects and deadlines with attention to detail and organization.
Ability to creatively approach challenges and projects and to work both independently and in teams effectively for the best possible outcome.
Must be able to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays.
