Job Description

· Responsible for effective service supervisor while delivering and supporting IT services that are appropriate to the business requirements of the hotel and the property.

· Administers the overall information technology infrastructure of the company and is responsible to resolve hardware and software problems and to follow up with the IT Teams.

· Responsible for the 1st level support of Hardware and Software related calls to the operational users. Attend IT support calls from users and log each call individually with detail description.

· Responsible for the entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls. Prioritizes support calls and assigns task accordingly to the appropriate resources.

· Work with the users and support team for ensuring that any adverse impact on service quality is kept to a minimum.

· Identify the needs of training and education for each user group and develop a continuous process of improvement.

· Coordinates resources/personnel to various projects/tasks that are assigned to and records and reports on the activity to the management.

· Maintain a comprehensive Inventory of Hardware and Software Licenses and update with changes as they take place.

· Be aware of IT operational budget and maintain IT expenses in line with the budget. Maximize use of available resources to save cost.

Job Requirement

· Previous working experience in a LAN/WAN environment as Helpdesk Management

· Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Familiarity with other office automation packages is preferable

· Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Network Operating Systems, Antivirus and E-Mail/Internet systems.

· Certification on Microsoft Professional Courses and other IT Certifications

· Experience in the use of network monitoring tools, remote desktop tools

· Have demonstrated proven ability in the management, development or use of information technology.
