Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts for web, desktop (WPF/WinForms), and mobile applications.
  • Perform different types of testing including functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with developers and business users to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing to confirm resolution.
  • Ensure all software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
  • Work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to provide feedback and improve overall product quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release readiness assessments.
  • Support automation of repetitive test cases using appropriate frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright).
  • Maintain test documentation and provide regular test progress and quality reports to management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

Yêu cầu công việc

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
  • Practical knowledge of manual testing for web, Windows desktop, and mobile applications.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with developers and business users.

 

Preferable Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Robot Framework).
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • ISTQB or other relevant software testing certifications.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or enterprise system environments.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong focus on quality.
