Meet and greet guests with a smile and offer assistance as needed.
Well informed about the resort activities.
Ensure well being and safety of the guests and make sure no harm comes to them.
Prepare and set up team building and bonfire if there is a request.
Book, supervise, and monitor Kids Club activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures of activities.
Assist with setting up the pool and beach areas before opening the pool and beach. Assist with removing soiled pool towels and tidying the area before closing in the evening.
Conduct weekly/monthly inventory and report to the Recreation Supervisor for the replacement or restocking of the goods.
Report any defects or damaged equipment to the Recreation Supervisor.
Perform other duties assigned by the management team.

A High School Diploma or Vocational School Certificated is preferred.
One year of experience in a similar position is preferred.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
Well-groomed.
Fluently in the primary language, both reading and writing.
Good English knowledge is preferred.
A First Aid Certificate is preferred.
Organized, can multi-task, and have good problem-solving skills.
Able to work outdoors.
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
