Digital Marketing Intern

Social media (Facebook, Instagram):
- Assist to respond to guest messages and comments on a daily basis
- Participate in content production of monthly social calendar
Email marketing: Assist to plan, create content and work with designer to create artwork on a monthly basis.
Website:
- Support to update image, content and display management for independent website.
- Assist with website copywriting, proof-reading as needed.
Hosting: Support to follow up with IT team and vendor to manage server hosting of website
Google My Business: Assist to review photos, guest’s review, analyze insight/search volume.
TripAdvisor: Support to follow up with the Sponsored placement ads and optimize ads with vendor.
Administrative tasks: Prepare & manage relevant documents
Report: Support to prepare monthly & bi-monthly reports of digital marketing.

In a last semester of college/university or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in digital marketing, journalism, communications, media, or a similar study.
Have some basic knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), and content management systems such as WordPress.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, and time management skills
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or other content creation tool is a plus.
