Security Manager

Leadership & Management 

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the security team, including supervisors and officers.
• Develop staffing schedules and allocate resources to ensure effective coverage.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Security Operations

• Oversee surveillance, patrol, access control, and incident response.
• Ensure security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) function effectively.
• Investigate incidents such as theft, cheating, fraud, or guest disturbances.

Compliance & Regulatory

• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, licensing, and company policies.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators, police, and emergency services.
• Prepare accurate reports for audits and investigations.

Crisis & Risk Management 

• Develop and implement emergency response plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.

Customer Service 

• Promote a safe and welcoming environment.
• Handle guest complaints or escalated issues professionally.

Administration & Reporting 

• Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and security technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field (preferred).
•  8–10 years of security management experience, with at least 3 years in a casino/hospitality/entertainment environment.
• Strong knowledge of casino regulations, surveillance, and security operations.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays).
