Job Description

  • Greet scheduled visitors and directs them to appropriate area or person.

  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.

  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).

  • Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.

  • Maintains business relationships with clients and provides excellence in customer service.

  • Coordinate reservation confirmations for special golf bookings, events, and tournament. Coordinate selling of all services of the integrated resort.

  • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing members, returned players.

  • Work closely with Front Office Manager and Golf Operation Manager to coordinate for VIP players, events or tournament.

  • Conduct pre-convention meetings involving clients and appropriate operation staff. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

  •  Perform general office duties to support the Sales and Marketing Department (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying).

Job Requirement

  • 02-04 years of working experience required, golf or hospitality industry preferred.One year department experience preferred

  • College/ University degree is required.

  • Proven experience with computers, sales system and business software.

  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is required.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Must be able to prepare effective written reports.Demonstrated record of superior guest service.

  • Previous experience in planning of meetings, conventions, and events required.

  • Knowledge of sales, service, use of facilities and function space required.

  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills.

  • Ability to respond to and handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality.
