Job Description

  • Support to follow up recruitment advertising, posting jobs and employment brand development on Channels/social networks: Facebook, Intranet, E-Noticeboard, Notice board…
  • Support to design recruitment poster
  • Coordinates and arranges Interview
  • Greets candidates and directs them to appropriate rooms.
  • Support to carry out HR administrative tasks
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor/College degree.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance. 
  • Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.
  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange and Outlook & design
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the Vietnamese language and English of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
