Hotel Director / Director of Rooms

The Grand Ho Tram is seeking an experienced Hotel Director / Director of Rooms to join our Hotel Operations leadership team.

Reporting to the Vice President of Hotel Operations, this is a senior operational leadership role responsible for driving service excellence, guest satisfaction, people development and overall Rooms Division performance within a dynamic integrated resort environment.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently working, or have recent proven experience, at Director of Rooms or Hotel Director level. This is not a progression role for Front Office Manager-level candidates.

• Proven experience as a Director of Rooms or Hotel Director in a luxury hotel or resort environment
• A strong Front Office and Rooms Division background
• Hands-on leadership with strong guest engagement and operational presence
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost management and operational planning
• Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
• Strong working proficiency in English
• Fluent Vietnamese is strongly preferred
• Candidates currently based in Vietnam or with strong knowledge of the Vietnamese hospitality market are preferred
