Job Description

Assist in sustaining a refined, efficient, timely and yet welcoming luggage experience.
-
Receive, track, coordinate and deliver guest luggage.
-
Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests who need luggage assistance.
-
Insist luggage and personal belongings of the guest are always treated with the upmost respect, caution and security.

Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.

Inform guests of all safety measures, room amenities, and features.

Promote hotel outlets, services and events.

Store guest baggage upon request.
-
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles.

Maintain close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations.

Ensure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.
Job Requirement
-
One year working experience is preferred.

Basic Education completed is preferred.

Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.

Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.Fluent in English is encouraged.

Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
