Job Description

  • Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls.

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies for Best Available Rate and other rate plans.

  • Coordinate on pricing, promotions and offers with Sales & Marketing, Casino Marketing, Reservation, Hotel and The Bluffs team.

  • Provide critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics and demand factors.

  • Conduct competitive and demand analysis and recommend actions to improve The Grand’s position.

  • Maintain distribution channel data integrity.

  • Independently implements appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy; maintains accurate rates and inventory allotments in all channels and property PMS in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.

  • Forecast on a regularly basis to maximize revenue within the market condition.

  • Evaluate and select potential gaming, wholesale, MICE and FIT business from all segments and sources.

  • Loads all preferred, consortia and promotional rates in GDS and PMS

  • Spearheads troubleshooting and resolution of any GDS rate loading issues as they occur.

  • Analyzes independently and determines whether hotel is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels.

  • Participate and prepare rolling forecast and annual budget using PMS, supporting and forecasting tools.

  • Ensure that all rooms statistics reports, including the Financial statement, and any other related reports are accurate and consistent

  • Ensure that all revenue management related systems are maintained including Cenium, Electronic channels and GDS.

  • Manage all aspects of rate & inventory management as outlined in the services contract. 

  • Review reports and monitor all related business trends on a regular basis to make any revenue business related decisions or recommend any appropriate action plans for all market segments to the Director, Resort Operations.

  • Select and engage with any potential booking channels for revenue and exposure purpose.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field
  • Year experience: 2-4 years of successful revenue management experience at a multi-property level.
  • Excellent analytical skills and must fully comprehend the travel industry distribution landscape. This includes third party channels, GDS, central reservation systems and property management system.
  • Fluent in spoken and written : English, Vietnamese

  • Computer skill : Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel
